TiE-Entrepreneur Development Programme (TiE-EDP) is designed to help and encourage entrepreneurs and enterprises in the seed/ early stage of business. The Programme seeks to bring together the entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, service providers and other participants involved with entrepreneurs to help grow business ideas into enterprises and enterprises in early stage of business to grow further.

As a part of TiE-EDP, an incubation centre in partnership with IIT, Chennai - IIT TiE Chennai Innovation Centre- is being set up in the Department of Management Studies, IIT, Chennai. The entrepreneurs and the start up companies shall be provided with physical space and infrastructure to start their business and grow their ideas into enterprise. The companies shall be given space in the Innovation Centre only during the research and development stage and prototype phase. i.e. till the time the venture is ready to generate revenue.

TiE Chennai shall conduct Entrepreneurship Development Programmes in partnership with Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) and the Great Lakes Institute of Management (GLIM).
